When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. Our website and form providers may also process technical information needed to deliver the website, submit forms and prevent abuse, such as connection and request information. Our website and waitlist forms are provided through Framer. When you join the waitlist, your email address is submitted through Framer and delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other additional advertising tracking tools on this website. Please do not send information about your children or sensitive personal information through the waitlist form.

5. Service providers and other recipients
We use Framer to host our website and process waitlist form submissions. These submissions are sent to our FRANKIE email inbox, which is hosted through Microsoft 365, purchased through GoDaddy.
We currently manage waitlist submissions in this mailbox and do not use a separate email marketing platform. We have not connected additional integrations or advertising tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, to receive visitor or waitlist data.
Our service providers process personal information as necessary to deliver and support their services. We may also disclose personal information where required by law.
6. International processing
We use Framer for our website and forms, and Microsoft 365, purchased through GoDaddy, for email. These providers and their subprocessors may process personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where such transfers occur, the applicable providers’ data protection terms provide for recognised transfer mechanisms. These include European Commission adequacy decisions, where applicable, or European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses designed to protect personal information transferred outside the EEA.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice.
Waitlist information
We keep your email address for up to 12 months after you join the waitlist. If the launch is completed or permanently cancelled sooner, we delete the active waitlist within three months of that event, without exceeding the 12-month limit. If the launch is delayed beyond that period, we will ask you to renew your consent before continuing to send updates.
Joining the waitlist does not automatically subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter after launch.
Enquiry correspondence
We retain ordinary enquiry emails for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved. If correspondence is needed to meet a legal obligation or address a dispute, we retain only the relevant information for as long as necessary for that purpose.
Consent records
We retain limited evidence of when and how you subscribed, and what you agreed to receive, while we rely on your consent and for up to 12 months afterwards to address questions or complaints about those communications.
Unsubscribe records

We retain only your email address and unsubscribe date on a restricted “do not contact” list for as long as necessary to prevent you from being added again by mistake. We review this need annually.
